What is SWC Poker?
A Bitcoin-only room built around privacy and crypto.
SWC Poker (SwC Poker) is a Bitcoin-only online poker room that has been serving players since 2015.
The platform is built around privacy and crypto: you can create an account with just an email address, deposit and withdraw in Bitcoin, and play without handing over identity documents. The room is one of the longest-running crypto poker sites and focuses entirely on poker—no slots or sportsbook—with a strong mix of cash games and tournaments.
On SWC Poker, balances are denominated in chips that are tied to Bitcoin. One chip equals 0.000001 BTC (1 microBTC or 1 bit), so 1,000,000 chips equal 1 BTC. This makes it easy to see exactly how much you are playing for in real terms. The software is available for Windows, Mac, and Android, and there is also an HTML5 client so you can play in your browser without installing anything. The room accepts players from many countries and does not restrict by geography.

The room
A dedicated poker platform, from Hold'em to mixed games.
SWC Poker is a dedicated poker room. You will find cash games and tournaments across multiple variants.
There are no slot machines, sports betting, or dice games on SWC Poker; the focus is entirely on poker. Stakes range from micro to higher limits, and you can use the tournament lobby to find freerolls, scheduled events, and series such as the Bitcoin Poker Championship. All play and balances are in Bitcoin-denominated chips.

Bitcoin payments
Deposit and withdraw in BTC.
SWC Poker operates only in Bitcoin.
You deposit by sending BTC to a unique address provided in your account; after one blockchain confirmation (typically 10–30 minutes), the amount is credited to your balance. There is no minimum deposit—even a single satoshi can be credited. For withdrawals, the minimum is 500 chips (0.0005 BTC). Withdrawals are processed regularly and usually complete within 4–6 hours; only the Bitcoin network fee is deducted, and the site does not charge an extra withdrawal fee. Player funds are kept separate from operational funds.
| Method | Minimum | Typical time |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | No minimum (from 1 satoshi) | ~10–30 min |
| Withdrawal | 500 chips (0.0005 BTC) | 4–6 hours avg |
Tournaments and freerolls
Find hourly freerolls and scheduled events.
SWC Poker runs a busy tournament schedule.
In addition to scheduled buy-in events, the room offers hourly freerolls: free-entry tournaments that start at :30 past every hour (ET) with 30-minute late registration. Prize pools vary (e.g. 50–100 microBTC per event), and the format rotates by day—Hold'em, Omaha, Stud, Draw, and mixed games. You do not need to deposit to play freerolls; you can register as soon as you have an account.
Freeroll winnings are paid in the same BTC-denominated chips as cash game play; you can use them to play more or withdraw subject to the normal minimum (500 chips). The site also runs larger series, such as the Bitcoin Poker Championship with guaranteed prize pools, and promotions like the Krill leaderboard where you earn points for raked hands and can win extra chips or access to exclusive events.
The Bad Beat Jackpot is another highlight: if you lose with a hand of Aces full of Kings (using both hole cards), you can win a share of a large BTC prize pool. Check the official SWC Poker site for the current schedule and jackpot size.
